OccupID was born from the success of Marks Out Of Tenancy, a platform empowering renters to review their landlords and letting agents. We realized that the same data-driven approach could help local authorities identify empty homes, unlicensed HMOs, and other housing issues.
Today, we work with councils across the UK to unlock the potential of their housing stock, ensuring that every property is used effectively and safely.
